DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Dispatch

Postal boxes are dispatched on or before Wednesday each week if you order before 12pm on Saturday.

Orders after 12pm on Saturday will be dispatched the week after the following Wednesday, so make sure you order early to avoid having to wait for you postal treats!

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been posted and is on its way to you.

Due to the size of our business, we're unable to post orders as and when they are made, but if you have a special event, such as a birthday, that your would like your brownies to arrive in time for, please email bakedbysally@yahoo.com with your request and we'll be happy to try and help!

Delivery

Our boxes are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery so you can expect them to arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch. So if you order before 12pm Saturday, your box will be posted on or before Wednesday, and you will receive it by Thursday or Friday.

Please note that due to strikes, Royal Mail are experiencing delays and orders are occasionally taking longer to arrive at this time. Unfortunately this is out of our control once we have posted the boxes and we do not accept any responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail strikes. Not to worry - your brownies will still be delicious when they arrive!
